SIA “Juglas Capacity” was founded as a company in 2004. “Juglas Power” Ltd. is an operator of a cogeneration station in Riga, Mārkalnes iela 1a and a boiler house in Riga, Brīvības gatve 401c. In 2011 it was started and in May 2012 increased electrical capacity of cogeneration plant from 11.8 MWel. to 14.9 MWel. In order to ensure an increase in the amount of thermal energy produced, as well as to optimise the operating modes of a cogeneration unit in 2014 it was decided to install additional water heating boilers with wood chip fuel with a capacity of 8 MW, for which design, equipment supply and financing agreements were concluded. Woodchip boiler was put into operation in September 2016, and as of October it actually started delivery of thermal energy to AS “Rīgas siltums”. In turn, the heat output of the gas boiler was reduced from 12 MWth to 4 MWth, thus the total heat output of water-heating boilers remained unchanged and remained 12 MW.In order to improve the efficiency of the woodchip water-heating boiler, this project has been developed for the installation of condensation type flue gas economisers, which would allow to reduce fuel consumption per unit of produced thermal energy up to 20-25 %. The purpose of the flue-gas condensation plant is to make best use of the heat of the combustion flue-gases and to optimise the flue-gas conditioning. The flue-gas condensation unit is an electromechanical device which serves to obtain the remaining heat from the flue-gases. In this way, the consumption of used fuel and other energy resources will be reduced.The efficiency of the condensation-type flue-gas economiser depends both on the water content of the fuel and the temperature of the heat grid. The lower the temperature, the more economical it is possible to use this equipment. By installing a condensation flue gas economiser at the thermal plant, fuel consumption for heat production of 1 MWh could decrease by 20-25 %.The following activities are planned within the project:-Conclusion of the contract with the CFLA-Contract and coordination with the CFLA for the development of the construction project, the planned construction works, construction supervision and author supervision-Contract with the winning requirements in the procurement procedures, the project development-project execution.F.     SIA “Juglas jauda” kā uzņēmējsabiedrība tika dibināta 2004.gadā. SIA „Juglas jauda” ir operators koģenerācijas stacijai Rīgā, Mārkalnes ielā 1a un katlumājai Rīgā, Brīvības gatvē 401c. 2011.gadā tika uzsākta un 2012.gada maijā pabeigta koģenerācijas stacijas elektriskās jaudas palielināšana no 11,8 MWel. līdz 14,9 MWel. Lai nodrošinātu saražotās siltumenerģijas apjoma pieaugumu, kā arī optimizētu koģenerācijas stacijas darba režīmus 2014.gadā tika pieņemts lēmums - uzstādīt papildus ar koksnes šķeldu kurināmo ūdenssildāmo katlu ar jaudu 8 MW, par ko tika noslēgti projektēšanas, iekārtu piegādes un finansēšanas līgumi. Šķeldas katls tika nodots ekspluatācijā 2016.gada septembrī, un no oktobra tas reāli uzsāka siltumenerģijas piegādes AS „Rīgas siltums. Savukārt gāzes katla siltuma jauda tika samazināta no 12 MWth uz 4 MWth, tādā veidā kopējā ūdenssildāmo katlu siltumenerģijas jauda nemainījās un palika 12 MW.Lai uzlaboto šķeldas ūdenssildāmā katla efektivitāti ir izstrādāts šis projekts kondensācijas tipa dūmgāzu ekonomaizera uzstādīšanai, kas ļautu samazināt kurināmā patēriņu uz vienu saražotās siltumenerģijas vienību līdz 20 - 25%.Piedāvātā projekta īstenošanas gadījumā tiks paaugstināta siltuma avota efektivitāte uzstādot kondensācijas tipa dūmgāzu ekonomaizeri, kas, lietderīgi izmantojot sadegšanas procesā radušos dūmgāzu siltumu, ļaus samazināt kurināma patēriņu un paaugstināt esošās katlu iekārtas lietderību. Dūmgāzu kondensācijas iekārtas uzdevums ir pēc iespējas labāk izmantot sadegšanas procesā radušos dūmgāzu siltumu un optimāli veikt dūmgāzu kondicionēšanu. Dūmgāzu kondensācijas iekārta ir elektromehāniska iekārta, kas kalpo atlikušā siltuma iegūšanai no dūmgāzēm. Tādā veidā tiks samazināts izmantotā kurināmā un citu energoresursu patēriņa apjoms.Kondensācijas tipa dūmgāzu ekonomaizera lietderības koeficients ir atkarīgs gan no ūdens satura kurināmajā, gan arī no siltumtīkla atgaitas temperatūras. Jo zemāka ir atgaitas temperatūra, jo ekonomiskāk iespējams izmantot šo iekārtu. Uzstādot kondensācijas tipa dūmgāzu ekonomaizeru siltumenerģijas ražotnē, kurināmā patēriņš 1 MWh siltumenerģijas saražošanai varētu samazināties par 20-25%.Projekta ietvaros plānotas sekojošas darbības:-Līguma ar CFLA noslēgšana-Iepirkuma procedūras veikšana un saskaņošana ar CFLA par būvprojekta izstrādi, plānotajiem būvdarbiem, būvuzraudzību un autoruzraudzību-Līgumu slēgšana ar iepirkumu procedūrās noteiktajiem uzvarētājiem-Būvprojekta izstrāde-Būvdarbu veikšana, tehnoloģisko iekārtu piegāde, montāža-Būvuzraudzība-Autoruzraudzība-Publicitātes pasākumu nodrošināšana-Inženierbūvju nodošana ekspluatācijā.Kopējās (tai skaitā neattiecināmās) izmaksas projekta realizēšanai ir 1 051 106,43 EUR ar PVN, t.sk. attiecināmās izmaksas 824 583 EUR, no kurām 40% KF līdzfinansējums ir 329 833,20 EUR apmērā.Atbilstoši MK noteikumu Nr.135 34. punkta prasībām projekta iesniegumā minētās aktivitātes atlases kārtas ietvaros tiks īstenotas 24 mēnešu laikā pēc tam, kad ar sadarbības iestādi tiks noslēgts līgums par projekta īstenošanu.
