The project is designed to equip the forest service company with a technologically advanced state of the art forestry machinery, namely 1 mowner 11.70E IT4, 1 head 11.10E IT4, 1 head 11.10G, 1 head 12.10G, and the addition head to the Mecanil Oy for obtaining biomass — total 5 items. By implementing the project, the plant will be able to meet the growing requirements. The wood is logged from the felling of trees by multi-operating forest machinery — harblisters equipped with a special scinker, which lies with the tree, leaves the industry and then intersects them for the appropriate lengths by optimising the product of the processing data from each of the harvested wood. Subsequently, the share of another multi-operating machine (window-forwender), which allows a switch from towed lift nets to use (carriage loaded with a crane to the place of loading onto the export vehicle). Logging is a necessary condition to engage any competition on an increasingly demanding market in terms of the parameters and the form of the raw material harvested, as well as environmental considerations. The second element of the project (Mecanl Oy mounted on the harvestera or forwardera head) is intended for use of the raw material obtained from the care work of the carcass, the hard shoulders, smaller trees, which are difficult to open, or moderately mountainous in the form of thinner piles, grouping them up and forming a bio-mass base. The collected biomass mass is then converted and ground by hand. Such a remanufactured raw material can be sold for example to power plants in the form of energy fuel. the firm has a branch in the district of spindle in the municipality of Pyzdary, ul. Przedmiotem projektu jest wyposażenie przedsiębiorstwa usług leśnych w wysoce zawansowane technologicznie najnowocześniejsze maszyny leśne – 1 szt. harwester 11.70E IT4, 1 szt. forwarder 11.10E IT4, 1 szt. forwarder 11.10G, 1 szt. forwarder 12.10G, oraz dodatkową głowicę do harwestera typu Mecanil Oy do pozyskiwania biomasy - razem 5 sztuk. Dzięki realizacji projektu, zakład będzie w stanie sprostać rosnącym wymogom. Drewno kłodowane jest wynikiem ścinki drzew przez wielooperacyjne maszyny leśne – harwestery wyposażone w specjalistyczną głowicę scinkową, która ścina drzewo, okrzesuje z gałęzi a następnie przecina je na odpowiednie długości optymalizując wyrób danych sortymentów z każdego odcinka pozyskanego drewna. Następnie udział kolejnej maszyny wielooperacyjnej (maszyna zrywkowa – forwarder), która umożliwia przejście ze zrywki ciągnionej do zrywki nasiębiernej (przewóz załadowanego za pomocą żurawia drewna do miejsca załadunku na samochody wywozowe). Pozyskiwanie drewna kłodowanego jest warunkiem koniecznym do podejmowania jakiejkolwiek konkurencji na coraz bardziej wymagającym rynku pod względem parametrów i postaci pozyskiwanego surowca jak również względów środowiskowych. Drugi element projektu (głowica Mecanil Oy zamontowana na harvesterze lub forwarderze) jest przeznaczony do wykorzystania surowca pozyskanego z prac pielęgnacyjnych drzewostanu, wykaszanych poboczy (krzaki, mniejsze drzewka), trudno dostępnych terenów leśnych czy umiarkowanie górzystych w postaci cieńszych pni, grupując je po kilka i tworząc z nich bazę biomasową. Następnie pozyskana masa biomasowa jest przerabiana i rozdrabniana przez rębak. Tak przerobiony surowiec może być przeznaczony na sprzedaż np. do elektrowni w postaci paliwa energetyczneg Przedsiębiorstwo posiada oddział w powiecie wrzesińskim w Gminie Pyzdry, ul.
