This road will have a total length of 3.1 km over the width of the sections: 6 m in length 1.827 m and 5 m in length 1.305 m. In addition, a rail viaduct with a length of 28.08 m, a total width of 13 m will be reconstructed. It is intended to run the mobile traffic of the Olsztyn region, which will occur after it has returned to the Olsztyn bypass. The road will operate individual passenger transport (85 % of passengers), collective transport (15 % of passengers) and commercial transport. The average daily traffic of light duty vehicles has been assumed to be 32 vehicles/h and heavy duty vehicles 5 units/ha/h. the following scope is projected. 1.Construction of a 3,1-km-long municipal road along with the construction of pavements. 2.Collision: Energy networks, telecommunications networks, water and water networks, gas and storm 3.The demolition and construction of a viaduct over railway line No 353 in Nikielkowo. A detailed technical description is included in the attached design document. The phases of the implementation of the project: — Filing of the request for a DOF. Signature of the contract for the DOF. — The selection of the contractor in accordance with the PHP, the conclusion of the contract with the contractor and the start of works to be carried out in accordance with the planned schedule — completion of the project and signature of the final protocol — final settlement of the project — The project is in line with the assumption set out in the ROP WWM 2014-2020 for the purpose: The improvement of the accessibility and internal cohesion of the urban area of the Olsztyn Functional Area. Projekt zakłada wybudowanie w pełni funkcjonalną drogę (gminną) łącząca gminę Barczewo z Siecią TEN-T poprzez DK 16. Droga ta posiadać będzie długość 3,1 km łącznie przy szerokości odcinków: 6m – dł. 1,827 m oraz 5m – dł. 1,305m. Ponadto przebudowany zostanie wiadukt kolejowy o długości 28,08 m, szerokości całkowitej obiektu 13 m. Infrastruktura ta, komunikująca Gminę z nadrzędna siecią drogową przyczyni się do znaczącej poprawy zewnętrznej dostępności transportowej Gminy i jego wewnętrznej spójności. Przewidziana została do obsługi ruchu komunikacyjnego MOF Olsztyn, które wystąpi po oddaniu do obwodnicy Olsztyna. Droga obsługiwać będzie transport osobowy indywidualny (85% pasażerów), transport zbiorowy (15% pasażerów) oraz transport dostawczy. Uśrednione dla pory dziennej natężenie ruchu pojazdów lekkich przyjęto na poziomie 32 poj./h oraz pojazdów ciężkich 5 poj./h. Przewiduje się realizację następującego zakresu 1.Budowa drogi gminnej o długości 3,1 km wraz z budową chodników. 2.Przebudowa kolizji: Sieci energetycznej, Sieci telekomunikacyjnej, Sieci wod-kan, gazu i deszczówki 3.Rozbiórka i budowa wiaduktu nad linią kolejową nr 353 w miejscowości Nikielkowo. Szczegółowy opis techniczny zawarto w dołączonej dok. projektowej. Etapy realizacji projektu: -złoż. wniosku o dof. -podpisanie umowy o dof. -wybór wykonawcy zgodnie z PZP -zawarcie umowy z wykonawcą i rozpoczęcie prac -realizacja prac zgodnie z założonym harmonogramem -zakończenie projektu i podpisanie protokołu końcowego -końcowe rozliczenie projektu Projekt wpisuje się w założenia określone w SzOOP RPO WWM 2014-2020 realizując założony cel: Poprawa zew. dostępności i wewnętrznej spójności transportowej Miejskiego Obszaru Funkcjonalnego Olsztyna. Przedmiotem proj. jest budowa drogi lokalnej w Gminie Barczewo w miejskim obszarze funkcjonalnym Olsztyna (Mobilny MOF) i wynika ze Strategii MOF obejmującej Strategię Zintegrowanych Inwestycji Terytorialnych.
