The scope of renovation work in buildings at ul. 21 January 26, 28, 30, 41, Strępowskiego 12 and 14 in Ostróda: — insulation of the ventilation valve ventilated by a pneumatic method using a 15-cm mineral wool pellet, -15 cm for the insulation of all outdoor wall floors, -7 cm insulation of the basement of the basement mineral wool. — insulation of the external walls of the basement in the area of the extruded Styropium-12 cm ring, and the replacement of window frames in the stairwells and in the cellars for an energy-efficient joinery — Exchange of doors for lighting in parts of the Joint Expenditure Ineligible expenditure: — Gas system — refurbishment of the logistics -refurbishment — renovation of the heating installation — renovation of the heating installation — renovation of the heating installation — renovation of the cooling towers of the heating house — works made outside the envelope of the building — 1 premises at ul. 26 January 26. 50.80 m² is resident on the basis of a tenant’s cooperative law to the premises, so that the proportional value of the works to be taken into account is included in the ineligible expenditure. Zakres prac termomodernizacyjnych w budynkach przy ul. 21 Stycznia 26, 28, 30, 41, Stępowskiego 12 i 14 w Ostródzie: -Docieplenie stropodachu wentylowanego metodą pneumatyczną za pomocą granulatu wełny mineralnej - 15 cm, -Docieplenie wszystkich ścian zewnętrznych kondygnacji nadziemnych styropianem - 15 cm, -Docieplenie stropu piwnicznego wełną mineralną – 7 cm. -Docieplenie ścian zewnętrznych piwnic w strefie cokołu styropianem ekstrudowanym- 12 cm, -Wymiana stolarki okiennej na klatkach schodowych i w piwnicach na stolarkę energooszczędną -Wymiana stolarki drzwiowej na energooszczędną -Modernizacja oświetlenia w częściach wspólnych Wydatki niekwalifikowalne: -Instalacja gazowa -Remont Loggi -Remont instalacji odgromowej -Wykonanie opaski -Remont kominów -Skrzynki energetyczne -Remont wiatrołapów -Prace wykonane poza obrysem budynku -1 lokal w budynku przy ul. 26 Stycznia 26 o pow. 50,80m2 jest zamieszkiwany na podstawie prawa spółdzielczego lokatorskiego do lokalu, w związku z tym proporcjonalną wartość robót budowlanych, jaka przypada na jego powierzchnię, ujęto w wydatkach niekwalifikowalnych.
