The project consists of purchasing two four-section units of electric traction units (EMUs) for the operation of rail passenger services organised within the statutory remit of the Marshal of Świętokrzyskie Province. The project shall consist of: the development of a feasibility study, the provision of rolling stock with training of operator staff and a guarantee for at least 5 years, the delivery of (technical and final) purchased rolling stock, external audit and project promotion. The project is in line with the objectives of Thematic Objective 7 of the Partnership Agreement, Priority Axis 5 of the Investment Priority 7d RPOWER 2014-2020, Action 5.2 SZOOP 2014-2020. The main objective of the project is to increase transport accessibility and to improve rail connections in the region through the purchase of 2 electric multiple units for the operation of passenger connections in Świętokrzyskie Province. The main objectives will also be achieved through the following specific objectives: 1. Improving the quality of rail passenger connections in Świętokrzyskie Province through the purchase of two electric multiple electric multiple units. 2. Increasing the availability of modern passenger rolling stock in Świętokrzyskie Province. The main indicators measuring the results of the implementation of this project will be: Product indicators 1: — Number of projects that financed reasonable accommodation costs for persons with disabilities — 1 units, — number of rolling stock units purchased — 2 units, — capacity of rolling stock units of 800 persons. 2th result indicators: Number of people using cars purchased 228 327 persons/year. Przedmiotem projektu jest zakup dwóch czteroczłonowych pojazdów kolejowych z napędem elektrycznym – elektrycznych zespołów trakcyjnych (EZT) przeznaczonych do obsługi kolejowych przewozów pasażerskich organizowanych w ramach kompetencji ustawowych przez Marszałka Województwa Świętokrzyskiego. Realizacja projektu obejmuje: opracowanie studium wykonalności, dostawę taboru z przeszkoleniem personelu operatora i gwarancją na min. 5 lat, dokonanie odbiorów (technicznych i końcowych) zakupionego taboru, audyt zewnętrzny oraz przeprowadzenie promocji projektu. Projekt zgodny jest z założeniami Celu tematycznego 7 Umowy Partnerstwa, Osi Priorytetowej 5 Priorytet inwestycyjny 7d RPOWŚ 2014-2020, Działaniem 5.2 SZOOP 2014-2020. Głównym celem projektu jest zwiększenie dostępności transportowej oraz poprawa stanu połączeń kolejowych w regionie poprzez zakup 2 Elektrycznych Zespołów Trakcyjnych do obsługi połączeń pasażerskich na terenie województwa świętokrzyskiego. Poprzez realizację celu głównego osiągnięte zostaną również cele szczegółowe, tj.: 1. Poprawa jakości pasażerskich połączeń kolejowych na terenie województwa świętokrzyskiego poprzez zakup dwóch Elektrycznych Zespołów Trakcyjnych. 2. Zwiększenie dostępności do nowoczesnego pasażerskiego taboru kolejowego na terenie województwa świętokrzyskiego. Podstawowymi wskaźnikami mierzącymi efekty realizacji niniejszego projektu będą: 1. wskaźniki produktu: - liczba projektów, w których sfinansowano koszty racjonalnych usprawnień dla osób z niepełnosprawnościami - 1 szt, - liczba zakupionych jednostek taboru kolejowego - 2 szt, - pojemność zakupionych jednostek taboru kolejowego 800 osób. 2. wskaźniki rezultatu: - liczba osób korzystających z zakupionych wagonów osobowych 228 327 osoby/rok.
