The project concerns the construction of a new railway line No 582 connecting the junction signal box between Czarnca and the Italian North Station. The need for the construction of a new railway line is due to the fact that it is currently not possible to enter 61 from the Kielce line on line No 4 (CMK) in the direction of Warsaw and Łódź without changing the direction of travel. The same situation applies to the reverse relationship. The planned project will include the construction of a railway line of total length of 3.252 km (length of the newly enclosed section being 3.204 km) together with the necessary technical infrastructure and the reconstruction of existing engineering structures, SRK, overhead contact line, electricity and telecommunications. The Czarnca — Italian North line connecting railway line No 61 Kielce — Fosowskie with line 4 of the CMK Grodzisk Mazowiecki — Zawiercie is intended to be an additional element of a coherent rail system between urban agglomerations in Poland. It will concentrate traffic from a number of directions in order to maximise the use of its capacity. It is assumed that it will serve the passenger flows between the agglomerations: Warsaw, Łódź and Kielce. (English) | |||

Przedmiotowy projekt dotyczy budowy nowej linii kolejowej nr 582 łączącej posterunek odgałęźny Czarnca ze stacją Włoszczowa Północ. Potrzeba wybudowania nowej linii kolejowej wynika z faktu, że obecnie nie ma możliwości wjazdu z linii kolejowej 61- z kierunku Kielc na linię nr 4 (CMK) w kierunku Warszawy i Łodzi, bez zmiany kierunku jazdy. Taka sama sytuacja dotyczy relacji odwrotnej. Planowane przedsięwzięcie obejmować będzie budowę linii kolejowej o łącznej długości 3,252 km (długość nowobudowanego odcinka to 3,204km) wraz z niezbędną infrastrukturą techniczną oraz przebudowę istniejących obiektów inżynieryjnych, SRK, sieci trakcyjnej, elektroenergetyki i telekomunikacji. Linia kolejowa Czarnca – Włoszczowa Północ łącząca linię kolejową nr 61 Kielce – Fosowskie z linią nr 4 CMK Grodzisk Mazowiecki – Zawiercie ma stanowić dodatkowy element spójnego systemu kolejowych połączeń między aglomeracjami miejskimi w Polsce. Koncentrować będzie ruch z wielu kierunków w celu maksymalnego wykorzystania jej zdolności przepustowej. Zakłada się, że będzie ona obsługiwała potoki pasażerów pomiędzy aglomeracjami: Warszawą, Łodzią i Kielcami. (Polish)
