Wsparciem zostanie objętych 19 osób- pracowników Urzędu Gminy w Ujsołach, zatrudnionych na umowę o pracę, w tym 16 kobiet. Cel główny: Zminimalizowanie zdrowotnych czynników ryzyka w Urzędzie Gminy w Ujsołach, poprzez realizację działań szkoleniowych oraz ponadstandardową modernizację stanowisk pracy 19 pracowników Urzędu. Termin realizacji: 01.09.2020 - 30.06.2021 Miejsce: Urząd Gminy w Ujsołach. Zadania: W ramach projektu przewidziano modernizację i poprawę ergonomiczności stanowisk pracy na których stwierdzono występowanie czynników ryzyka zdrowotnego (Zadanie 1) oraz przeprowadzenie szkoleń dla Pracowników (Zadanie 2). Wsparcie zostanie skierowane do pracowników Urzędu Gminy w Ujsołach, zatrudnionych na stanowiskach kierowniczych i urzędniczych oraz pomocnicznych, dla którego poprawi się możliwość kontynuacji zatrudnienia. Main objective: Minimising health risk factors in the Municipality Office in Ujsoły, through the implementation of training activities and the over-standard modernisation of the posts of 19 employees of the Office. Deadline for implementation: 01.09.2020-30.06.2021 Place: Commune office in Uysoły. Tasks: The project envisages modernising and improving the ergonomics of workplaces where health risk factors have been identified (Task 1) and providing training for Employees (Task 2). Support will be addressed to the staff of the Uysoły Municipality Office, who are employed in management and official positions and assisting staff, for whom the possibility of continuing employment will be improved.
