W ramach niniejszego projektu zapewnione zostanie wsparcie dla osób niesamodzielnych ze względu na wiek, a także dla opiekunów faktycznych. Zapewnione zostaną usługi sąsiedzkie dla osób niesamodzielnych, a także funkcjonować będzie grupa edukacyjno - wspierająca , gdzie swoje kompetencje w opiece nad osobami niesamodzielnymi będą mogli podnieść opiekunowie faktyczni. W ramach projektu działać będzie również Klub Seniora. Celem niniejszego projektu jest wzrost dostępności i jakości usług społecznych zapobiegających ubóstwu i wykluczeniu społecznemu dla 30 osób niesamodzielnych ze względu na wiek (osoby nieaktywne zawodowe w wieku 60+) oraz wzrost kompetencji 15 opiekunów faktycznych w zakresie opieki nad osobą niesamodzielną ze względu na wiek w okresie od 01.09.2018 r. do 31.08.2020 r.
