The objective of the MAIN PROJECT to enhance the attractiveness of at least 18 students (18M) of the Pool of Self-Governing Schools in Olsztyn through the acquisition of welding skills, and after they were used in real working conditions by carrying out internships/traineeships with employers and improving the quality of students’ education through school cooperation with employers on organisations/internships in the period IX.2018-VIII.2019. the objective of the project results from diagnosed problems in the ROP WiM 2014-2020 and the school diagnosis carried out by the school. The implementation of the project and the achievement of the target will translate directly into the implementation of the specific objective of the ROP WiM and the achievement of the product indicator for Action 2.4, the breakdown of 2.4.1. the implementation of the actions is in response to the identified needs of the local entrepreneurs involved in the construction of the project (conclusions: a lack of suitable qualifications for apprentices) and will increase the employability of participants. 1 Diagnosis in the field of qualification 2. Activities for the self-presentation 3 Implementation of complementary vocational courses in the TIG-141 FM5 method and of the TIG 4 weld welding of the project — Number of persons participating in extra-curricular learning forms in the programme — Number of students in schools and vocational training courses participating in employers’ traineeships and traineeships — Number of students participating in addition of qualifications through participation in the TIG-141 FM5 welding and in-orbit welding TIC Project is not pursued in the partnership. The project is aimed at breaking the stereotype of distinction between male and female occupations. (English) | |||

CEL GŁÓWNY PROJEKTU Zwiększenie atrakcyjności zawodowej min. 18 uczniów (18M) Zespołu Szkół Samochodowych w Olsztynie poprzez uzyskanie kwalifikacji spawalniczych, a po ich zdobyciu wykorzystanie w rzeczywistych warunkach pracy poprzez realizację staży/praktyk u pracodawców oraz poprawa jakości kształcenia uczniów poprzez współpracę szkoły z pracodawcami w zakresie organizacji /staży w okresie IX.2018-VIII.2019 r. Cel proj. wynika ze zdiagnozowanych problemów w RPO WiM 2014-2020 oraz z przeprowadzonej przez szkołę diagnozy. Realizacja projektu i osiągnięcie celu przełoży się bezpośrednio na realizację wskazanego celu szczegółowego RPO WiM i osiągnięcie wskaźnika produktu dla Działania 2.4, Podziałania 2.4.1 Realizacja działań jest odpowiedzią na zdiagnozowane potrzeby lokalnych przedsiębiorców którzy uczestniczyli w konstruowaniu założeń projektu (wnioski: brak odpowiednich kwalifikacji praktykantów) i zwiększy szanse uczestników projektu na zatrudnienie. ZADANIA 1 Diagnoza ucznia pod kątem uzupełnienia kwalifikacji 2. Realizacja zajęć z zakresu autoprezentacji 3 Realizacja uzupełniających kursów zawodowych w metodzie TIG-141 FM5 oraz spawania orbitalnego TIG 4 Realizacja i organizacja staży GRUPA DOCELOWA Uczniowie ZSS w Olsztynie EFEKTY PROJEKTU - Liczba osób uczestniczących w pozaszkolnych formach kształcenia w programie - Liczba uczniów szkół i placówek kształcenia zawodowego uczestniczących w stażach i praktykach u pracodawców - Liczba uczniów uczestniczących w uzupełnieniu kwalifikacji poprzez udział w kursie spawania TIG-141 FM5 oraz spawania orbitalnego TIG Projekt nie jest realizowany w partnerstwie.
