Η επένδυση αφορά στην κατασκευή τουριστικού καταλύματος για την ενοικίαση σε τουρίστες που επισκέπτονται την Καρδαμύλη καθ' όλη τη διάρκεια του έτους.Ο Τουρισμός αποτελεί έναν από τους πιο δυναμικούς κλάδους της ελληνικής οικονομίας και η συμβολή του στην βιώσιμη οικονομική και κοινωνική ανάπτυξη της χώρας καθώς και στην προσέλκυση επενδύσεων είναι ιδιαιτέρως σημαντική.
