The project concerns the establishment and operation of an enlarged Community Centre in the Regional Unit of Argolida with the beneficiary of the Municipality of Nafplia (the seat of the Regional Unit) and partners of the Municipality of Epidaurus, Ermionida and Argos Mycenae. The Community Centres aim to support Grade One TABs in the implementation of social protection policies, the development of a local reference point for the reception, service and interconnection of citizens with all Social Programmes and Services implemented in the ‘Community Centre’ intervention area and social inclusion and the promotion of employment, vulnerable groups of the local population. The project’s intervention area is defined as the whole of the Regional Unit of Argolida, with a layout at municipal level, so that there is no distinction in the provision of services, regardless of the place of residence of each citizen (outside the Municipality-Head, remote and/or mountainous remote areas), but much more so, in order to combat social exclusion with a basic parameter of spatial dimension and local specificities. It should be noted that the Partner Municipality will be supported through a ‘Mobile Unit’ (MB) which is a “arm” of the Community Centre. The operating specifications and the framework for cooperation of the “Expanded Community Centre” of P.E. Argolida are described in the Programmatic Convention, of which “Partners” are the Region of Peloponnese (Final Structure), the Municipality of Nafplion (Law of the Proposed Act) and the other municipalities of P.E. Το έργο αφορά τη σύσταση και λειτουργία διευρυμένου Κέντρου Κοινότητας στην Περιφερειακή Ενότητα Αργολίδας με δικαιούχο το Δήμο Ναυπλιέων (έδρα της Περιφερειακής Ενότητας) και Εταίρους τους Δήμου Επιδαύρου, Ερμιονίδας και ’ργους Μυκηνών. Τα Κέντρα Κοινότητας έχουν ως στόχο να υποστηρίξουν τους ΟΤΑ Α' Βαθμού στην εφαρμογή πολιτικών κοινωνικής προστασίας, στην ανάπτυξη ενός τοπικού σημείου αναφοράς για την υποδοχή, εξυπηρέτηση και διασύνδεση των πολιτών με όλα τα Κοινωνικά Προγράμματα και Υπηρεσίες που υλοποιούνται στην περιοχή παρέμβασης του «Κέντρου Κοινότητας» και στην κοινωνική ένταξη και την προώθηση στην απασχόληση, των ευπαθών ομάδων του τοπικού πληθυσμού. Ως περιοχή παρέμβασης του έργου προσδιορίζεται το σύνολο της Περιφερειακής Ενότητας Αργολίδας, με διάρθρωση σε επίπεδο «Δήμου», έτσι ώστε να μην υπάρχει διάκριση στην παροχή υπηρεσιών, ανεξάρτητα από τον τόπο διαμονής κάθε πολίτη (εκτός Δήμου-έδρας, απομακρυσμένες ή/και ορεινές απομακρυσμένες περιοχές), άλλα πολύ περισσότερο, έτσι ώστε να καταπολεμηθεί με ουσιαστικό τρόπο ο κοινωνικός αποκλεισμός με βασική παράμετρο τη χωρική διάσταση και τις τοπικές ιδιαιτερότητες. Επισημαίνεται ότι οι Δήμοι-Εταίροι θα υποστηρίζονται μέσω «Κινητής Μονάδας» (Κ.Μ.), η οποία αποτελεί «βραχίονα» του Κέντρου Κοινότητας. Οι προδιαγραφές λειτουργίας και το πλαίσιο συνεργασίας του «Διευρυμένου Κέντρου Κοινότητας» της Π.Ε. Αργολίδας περιγράφονται στην Προγραμματική Σύμβαση, της οποίας «Εταίροι» είναι η Περιφέρεια Πελοποννήσου (Επιτελική Δομή), ο Δήμος Ναυπλιέων (Δικαιούχος της Προτεινόμενης Πράξης) και οι λοιποί Δήμοι της Π.Ε.
