Το έργο αφορά στην εκτέλεση διαφόρων εργασιών οικοδομικών και ηλεκτρομηχανολογικών, που έχουν στόχο την κτιριακή αναβάθμιση του κτιρίου που στεγάζει το Κέντρο Υγείας Λυγουριού. Οι κύριες εργασίες αφορούν στην: 1) αντικατάσταση των κεραμιδιών με νέα με ταυτόχρονη υγρομόνωση της στέγης, 2) αντικατάσταση των παραθύρων της ΝΔ όψης, με νέα που φέρουν θερμομονωτικούς υαλοπίνακες, 3) ανακαίνιση των εσωτερικών και εξωτερικών χρωματισμών του κτιρίου, 4) τοποθέτηση νέων ερμαρίων, 5) αντικατάσταση του Η/Ζ ζεύγους και τέλος την τοποθέτηση κλιματιστικών μονάδων σε ορισμένους χώρους.
