Στόχος της επένδυσης είναι η κατασκευή και η λειτουργία στον υπάρχοντα χώρο του ξενοδοχείου, ενός κέντρου ευεξίας και αναζωογόνησης (spa) το οποίο θα διαθέτει εσωτερική θερμαινόμενη πισίνα, σάουνα, υδρομασάζ και χώρους θεραπείας και άθλησης καθώς επίσης και μίας αίθουσας πολλαπλών χρήσεων για παρουσιάσεις, συναντήσεις και δειγματισμούς.Με την δημιουργία των παραπάνω εγκαταστάσεων θα ολοκληρωθεί η λειτουργία της υφιστάμενης επιχείρησης και θα είναι σε θέση να παρέχει ολοκληρωμένες υπηρεσίες στους επισκέπτες της, είτε πρόκειται για επίσκεψη αναψυχής είτε για επαγγελματικό ταξίδι.Η απουσία έως τώρα του κέντρου ευεξίας λειτουργεί αποτρεπτικά για πολλούς υποψήφιους επισκέπτες που έχουν σαν προτεραιότητα του ταξιδιού τους την χαλάρωση και την αναζωογόνηση σ ένα κατάλληλα διαμορφωμένο περιβάλλον που προσφέρει ούτος άλλως ποιοτικές παροχές και υψηλή εξυπηρέτηση. Επιπρόσθετα, η έως τώρα απουσία μιας αίθουσας πολλαπλών χρήσεων καθιστά αποτρεπτική την συνεργασία του ξενοδοχείου με πολλές εταιρείες καθότι απαιτείται ένας χώρος άρτια εξοπλισμένος και ανεξάρτητος από τους υπόλοιπους κοινόχρηστους χώρους του ξενοδοχείου , προκειμένου να εκπληρώνει τις ανάγκες και τις απαιτήσεις διάφορων εργασιών.Η δημιουργία των παραπάνω χώρων θα λειτουργήσει όχι μόνο συμπληρωματικά για την υφιστάμενη επιχείρηση αλλά και πολλαπλασιαστικά. Αφενός θα προσφέρονται νέες υπηρεσίες που δεν υπήρχαν μέχρι τώρα και αφετέρου θα βοηθήσει την προβολή και την προώθηση της εικόνας του ξενοδοχείου διότι θα ολοκληρωθεί σαν σύνολο και θα είναι σε θέση να ανταποκριθεί στις διαρκώς αυξανόμενες απαιτήσεις και ανάγκες των επισκεπτών.Οι νέες υποδομές θα προσφέρουν νέα δεδομένα για την λειτουργία της επιχείρησης με στόχο την αύξηση της διαθεσιμότητας αλλά και της τιμής των δωματίων. Μέχρι σήμερα η τιμή του δωματίου διαμορφώνεται από τις παροχές του δωματίου και του πρωινού. Με τις νέες εγκαταστάσεις θα συνυπολογίζονται οι παροχές /υπηρεσίες του κέντρου αναζωογόνησης και του χώρου άθλησης.
