Projekt polega na rozwoju cyfrowych usług publicznych w Mieście Ustroń poprzez digitalizację zbiorów, zakup i wdrożenie szeregu rozwiązań i aplikacji cyfrowych wspierających procesy A2A, A2B oraz A2C. Dzięki jego realizacji powstanie nowoczesna zintegrowana i wielofunkcyjna platforma informacyjno-komunikacyjna składająca się z modułów odpowiadających wybranym usługom publicznym tj.: e-Turystyka, e-Rekreacja, e-Promocja, e-CZK, e-Śmieci, e-Cmentarz, e-Dzieje. W ramach projektu zakupiona zostanie także niezbędna dla obsługi w/w modułów infrastruktura informatyczna i techniczna (m.in. serwery, e-tablice, detektor burzowy i czujniki poziomu wody). Wielofunkcyjna, zintegrowana i wielokanałowa (@, mobile, www, sms, mms, gsm, gps, inne) platforma adresowana jest gł. do mieszkańców Miasta Ustronia, przedsiębiorców oraz turystów. (Polish)
