Die Firma Fruit Tec Adolf Betz entwickelt und baut Spezialmaschinen für Sonderkulturen. Derzeit arbeitet das Unternehmen an einer Maschine zum entlauben von Hopfenpflanzen sowie an einem Weinstockputzer. Ein Vorteil der Maschinen liegt darin, dass der Einsatz chemischer Mittel drastisch reduziert oder sogar vollständig ersetzt werden kann.
