Cilj projekta je postizanje dugoročne demografske, ekološke, energetske i ekonomske samoodrživosti otoka kroz poboljšanje usluge prijevoza tijekom cijele godine bez obzira na pritisak turizma što će povoljno utjecati na dostupnost zapošljavanja, obrazovanja i drugih usluga stanovništvu Grada Novalje, i otoka Paga, te poboljšanje integriranosti hrvatskih otoka u širu prometnu mrežu i savladavanje ključnih prepreka za lokalni gospodarski rast.Ukupna vrijednost projekta i ukupno prihvatljivi troškovi iznose 73.422.876,23 kn. Ukupna bespovratna sredstva iznose 73.422.876,23 kn, od čega 85% sredstava iz Kohezijskog fonda, te 15% sredstava iz državnog proračuna RH. Planirano trajanje projekta je 48 mjeseci. (Croatian)
