Med denna förstudie vill Energikontor Sydost tydliggöra nyttan och besparingspotentialen med energieffektivisering genom att visa konkreta exempel på investeringar som lönar sig och en affärsmodell för hur investeringar i energieffektivisering ska kunna implementeras i ett genomförandeprojekt. I förstudien ska en kartläggning av energianvändning i utvalda kommunala och regionala byggnader göras för att skapa sig en bild av potentialen för besparing och bli underlag till konkreta räkneexempel. Här ska förstudien också identifiera vilka stöd som behövs för att kommuner, region ska komma vidare. För att höja kunskapen om potentialen och om värdebaserad fastighetsförvaltning ska seminarier genomföras för målgruppen. I förstudien ska omvärldsbevakning ske samt ett förslag på ett genomförandeprojekt kan se ut ska tas fram. (Swedish)

With this feasibility study, Energy Office Southeast wants to clarify the benefits and savings potential of energy efficiency by showing concrete examples of investments that pay off and a business model for how investments in energy efficiency can be implemented in an implementation project. In the feasibility study, a mapping of energy use in selected municipal and regional buildings will be carried out to create a picture of the potential for saving and become the basis for concrete calculation examples. Here, the feasibility study will also identify what support is needed for municipalities, region to progress. In order to increase knowledge of the potential and about value-based property management, seminars will be conducted for the target group. In the feasibility study, external monitoring and a proposal for an implementation project should be developed. (English)
