THE AGENT SHALL EXERCISE THE COMPETENCE OF ACTIVE CITIZENSHIP IF HE/SHE HAS INSTRUMENTS OF OBSERVATION OF THE REALITY AND IF INSERTED HE/SHE PERCEIVES INSERTED IN A CONTEXT THAT REALISES THE RIGHT TO SOLIDARITY AND INCLUSION. THE SCHOOL IS CALLED TO CREATE A SOLIDARITY AND INCLUSIVE ENVIRONMENT FOR STUDENTS WITH PARTICULAR PROBLEMS BECAUSE IT MUST ACCOMMODATE THE VALUE OF DIFFERENCES CONTRIBUTING TO EDUCATIONAL SUCCESS.
