Projekt skierowany jest do 764os(446K,318M)poz. bez pracy,zarej. w PUP Gdynia, dla których został ust. profil pomocy I lub II (z wył. os przed ukończeniem 30 r.ż.), nal. do co najm. do jednej z grup: kobiety,os. w wieku 50 lat i więcej,os. długotrwale bezr.,os. o niskich kwalif.,os. z niepełnosprawnościami. Os. z niepełnosprawnościami i długotrwale bezr. stanowić będą specyf. grupę docelową.Celem projektu jest zwiększenie szans na zatrudnienie lub samozatrudnienie osób bezr. zarej. w PUP Gdynia. Cele szczegółowe przedsięwzięcia: - tworzenie warunków sprzyjających podnoszeniu zdolności do zatrudnienia lub samozatrudnienia uczestników projektu; - aktywizacja zawodowa uczestników projektu, Działania: -diagnoza uczestników projektu poprzez sporządzenie IPD (764,446K,318M) -objęcie pośrednictwem pracy(525,306K,219M) -skier. na staże(179,104K,75M) -skier. na prace interwencyjne (199, 116K,83M) -skierowanie na wyposażone lub dopos. stanowiska pracy(38,22K,16M) -skier. na grupowe szkolenia zawodowe i kompetencyjne(109,64K,45M) -przyzn. środków na podj.dz. gosp.(255,149K,106M) -16 osób (9K,7M) zostanie obj. szkol. wzmacniającym kompet. do prow. własnej dz.gosp.,a następnie otrzyma środki na zał. działalności gosp. Podjęte działania mają przyczynić się do podj. pracy przez uczestników i utrzymanie jej przez okres co najmniej 3 m-cy. Proces rekrutacji zostanie poprzedzony akcją informacyjną (m.in.plakaty, strona internet. tut.PUP, informacje bezpośrednio przekazywane w trakcie planowanych wizyt bezrobotnych, ogłoszenie w prasie).Materiały promocyjne zostaną przygotowane z poszanowaniem równości szans.Projekt będzie zgodny z właściwymi politykami i zasadami wspólnotowymi (w tym: polityką równych szans i niedyskryminacji, dostępności projektu dla osób z niepełnosprawnościami, koncepcją zrównoważonego rozwoju),strategią ZIT(OMG-G-S)oraz prawodawstwem wspólnotowym i krajowym,a także z ustawą o promocji zatrudnienia i instytucjach rynku pracy,ustawą PZP i pomocą de minimis (Polish)

The project is addressed to 764 people(446K,318M) without a job, either in PUP Gdynia, for which the I or II aid profile (excl. ap before completion of 30 year) has been referred to, e.g. to one of the groups: women,persons. at the age of 50 years and over,persons. long-term unr.,person with low qualif.,person with disabilities. The aim of the project is to increase the chances of employment or self-employment of people who are unemployed in Gdynia PUP. Specific objectives of the project: — creating conditions conducive to increasing the employability or self-employment of project participants; — professional activation of project participants, Activities: —diagnosis of project participants by drawing up IPD (764,446K,318M) -involvement of work (525,306K,219M) -directing on traineeships(179,104K,75M) -directing for intervention work (199, 116K,83M) -directing him to the equipped or reposed workstation(38,22K,16M) -for group vocational training and competence training(109,64K,45M) -referred to. The measures taken are intended to contribute to the participants’ work and maintain it for a period of at least 3 months. The recruitment process will be preceded by an information campaign (e.g.plakaty, website. tut.PUP, information directly transmitted during planned visits of the unemployed, advertisement in the press).Promotion materials will be prepared with respect for equal opportunities.The project will comply with relevant Community policies and principles (including: policies of equal opportunities and non-discrimination, accessibility of the project for people with disabilities, the concept of sustainable development, the ZIT strategy (OMG-G-S) and Community and national legislation, as well as the Law on the Promotion of Employment and Labour Market Institutions, the PHP Act and de minimis aid (English)
