W 100% grupą docelową P będą os z niepełnospraw (w tym z zaburzeniami psychicznymi ) Główne rezultaty: Liczba osób zagrożonych ubóstwem lub wykluczeniem społ, które uzyskały kwalifikacje po opuszczeniu programu:-50 - L osób zagrożonych ubóstwem lub wykluczeniem społ poszukujących pracy po opuszczeniu programu:-22 - L osób zagrożonych ubóstwem lub wykluczeniem społ pracujących po opuszczeniu programu (łącznie z pracującymi na własny rachunek.):15 osób Zakładamy,iż 56%UP z pośród 75UP,tj.min.42UP uzyska efektywność społ-zatrud,zaś 22% UP poziom efektywności zatrud.- 17 UP Zakładamy,iż 46%UP z pośród 24UP o znacznym stopniu,osoby z niepełnosprawnością intelektualną,z niepełnosp sprzężonymi uzyska efektywność społ-zatrud,zaś 12% UP poziom efektywności zatrud- 3UP Działania: 1.Diagnoza potrzeb UP - IPD 6h x 75osób 2. OBJECTIVE: Increase the social and social assets of 75 people excluded (including those affected by poverty) and people at risk of poverty or exclusion of the non-employed persons with disabilities (49K) from the district of Brzerze, i.e.Nowy Sącz,tarnowski,m.Tarnów,Dąbrowski,limanowski,New Judiciary,Gorlicki through comprehensive activation of the community and incl. 1.01.2017r to 31.03.2018.(+ 3 m in the last part of the UD Up will be 75os(49K,26M) people with disabilities at risk of poverty or exclusion from the above-mentioned areas(areas at risk of cumulative social problems and poverty). In 100 % the target group P will be people with disabilities (including mental disorders) Main results: Number of people at risk of poverty or exclusion of the population who have obtained qualifications after leaving the programme:-50 – L of those at risk of poverty or exclusion of the population seeking employment after leaving the programme: 22 – L of those at risk of poverty or exclusion of the population working after leaving the programme (including self-employed).):15 persons We assume that 56 % of the PUP from among 75UP,i.e.min.42UP will obtain the efficiency of the social workforce, the employment level 22 % of the efficiency of UP. 1.Diagnosis of needs UP – IPD 6h x 75persons 2.
