Przedsięwzięcie zakłada kompleksową rewitalizację zabytkowego budynku (dawnego zajazdu) w Siennicy Różanej i stworzenie pierwszego w gminie centrum restauracyjno-konferencyjnego. Jego głównym celem jest poprawa warunków rozwoju gospodarczego i podniesienie komfortu życia na obszarze rewitalizacji Gminy Siennica Różana. Projekt stanowi element przedsięwzięcia rewitalizacyjnego uwzględnionego w lokalnym programie rewitalizacji pn. Rozbudowa budynku usługowego wraz z rewitalizacją dawnego zajazdu. Do głównych zadań projektu należą: promocja projektu, rewitalizacja zabytkowego budynku, zagospodarowanie terenu, zakup wyposażenia, przygotowanie kosztorysu inwestorskiego, nadzór inwestorski i zarządzanie projektem. W wyniku ich realizacji zabytkowy budynek zostanie odremontowany, dostosowany do potrzeb osób niepełnosprawnych i przygotowany do prowadzenia działalności gospodarczej (pow. użytkowa: 356,91 m2). Realizacja projektu pozwoli na rozwój działalności Wnioskodawcy i wprowadzenie na obszarze rewitalizacji nowych usług gastronomiczno-rekreacyjnych i związanych z organizacją szkoleń i konferencji. Odbiorcami projektu będą lokalni mieszkańcy (większa dostępność usług, nowe miejsce spotkań, poprawa jakości życia), turyści (nowa atrakcja turystyczna, możliwość skorzystania z usług gastronomiczno-rekreacyjnych) oraz przedsiębiorstwa i instytucje z regionu (możliwość organizacji szkoleń i konferencji, atrakcyjne miejsce spotkań biznesowych.). Szacuje się, że liczba osób korzystających z obiektu infrastruktury społeczno-kulturalnej/turystycznej będącego przedmiotem projektu wyniesie 5570 rocznie. Realizacja projektu przyczyni się do odnowy i ochrony obiektu dziedzictwa kultury, poprawy dostępności do usług w gminie Siennica Różana, poprawy estetyki i atrakcyjności turystycznej obszaru rewitalizacji, stworzenia nowych miejsc pracy, podniesienia komfortu życia i bezpieczeństwa mieszkańców oraz ochrony środowiska (poprzez usunięcie wyrobów azbestowych z dachu budynku). The project involves a comprehensive revitalisation of the historic building (former auberge) in Siennica Różana and the creation of the first restaurant and conference centre in the commune. Its main goal is to improve the conditions of economic development and increase the comfort of life in the area of revitalisation of the municipality of Siennica Różana. The project is part of the revitalisation project included in the local revitalisation programme n. Expansion of the service building along with revitalisation of the old inn. The main tasks of the project include: project promotion, revitalisation of the historic building, land development, purchase of equipment, preparation of the investor’s estimate, investor supervision and project management. As a result of their implementation, the historic building will be renovated, adapted to the needs of people with disabilities and prepared to conduct business activities (referred to: 356,91 m²). The implementation of the project will allow the development of the applicant’s activities and the introduction in the area of revitalisation of new catering and recreational services and related to the organisation of trainings and conferences. The recipients of the project will be local residents (increased availability of services, new meeting place, improvement of quality of life), tourists (new tourist attraction, possibility of using catering and recreational services) and companies and institutions from the region (possibility of organising trainings and conferences, attractive business meeting place). The number of people using the project’s socio-cultural/tourist infrastructure is estimated to be 5570 per year. The implementation of the project will contribute to the renewal and protection of the cultural heritage site, improve accessibility to services in the municipality of Siennica Różana, improve the aesthetics and attractiveness of the tourist regeneration area, create new jobs, improve the comfort of life and safety of residents and protect the environment (by removing asbestos products from the roof of the building).
