Jakość powietrza w województwie małopolskim w perspektywie kolejnych lat zależna jest od czynników lokalnych jak i krajowych, które kształtują kierunek prowadzonych działań. Ocena prognozy jakości powietrza opiera się na zmianach w: gospodarce paliwowej przyszłych lat, zmianie przepisów prawnych oraz na możliwościach organizacyjnych i finansowych działań w zakresie poprawy jakości powietrza na szczeblu lokalnym. Gmina Zabierzów podjęła wszelkie możliwe działania by zapobiec zwiększaniu się zanieczyszczeń, a zarazem dała możliwość zmniejszenia ich poprzez wymianę na nowe ekologiczne rozwiązania. Gmina Zabierzów w obecnym projekcie zakłada wymianę minimum 267 niskosprawnych nie ekologicznych źródeł ciepła na: - urządzenia grzewcze gazowe (tak na gaz ziemny jak i płynny), - urządzenia grzewcze na biomasę, - pompy ciepła. Zgodnie z założeniami POP dla Województwa Małopolskiego, obniżenie zanieczyszczeń emitowanych do atmosfery na terenie Gminy Zabierzów nastąpi poprzez likwidację lub wymianę niskosprawnych źródeł ciepła opartych na węglu oraz drewnie lub wymiany instalacji centralnego ogrzewania oraz ciepłej wody użytkowej. W ramach projektu Gmina Zabierzów planuje przeprowadzenie działań informacyjno - promocyjnych, które mają na celu podnoszenie świadomości ekologicznej społeczeństwa (mitingi i konferencja) Realizowane będą również inne działania wskazane w POP WM, nie dotyczące bezpośrednio wymiany indywidualnych źródeł ogrzewania. Beneficjentem przyznawanej dotacji byłaby Gmina Zabierzów, natomiast beneficjantem końcowym - właściciele budynków z terenu Gminy. (Polish)

Air quality in Małopolskie voivodship in the coming years depends on local and national factors that shape the direction of the activities carried out. The assessment of the air quality forecast shall be based on changes in: fuel economy in future years, changes in legislation and on organisational and financial capacity to improve air quality at local level. The municipality of Zabierzów has taken all possible measures to prevent the increase in pollution, while at the same time giving the opportunity to reduce them by replacing them with new ecological solutions. The municipality of Zabierzów in the current project assumes the exchange of at least 267 low-efficiency non-organic heat sources with: — gas heating equipment (both natural gas and liquid gas), – heating equipment for biomass, – heat pumps. According to the assumptions of the POP for the Małopolska Voivodeship, the reduction of pollutants emitted into the atmosphere in the municipality of Zabierzów will occur by liquidating or replacing low-efficiency sources of heat based on coal and wood or replacing central heating and hot water systems. Within the framework of the project, the Municipality of Zabierzów plans to carry out information and promotion activities aimed at raising awareness of the public (mitings and conferences) other activities indicated in the POP WM will also be implemented, not directly related to the exchange of individual heating sources. The beneficiary of the granted grant would be the Municipality of Zabierzów, while the final beneficiary would be the owners of buildings from the municipality. (English)
