Celem głównym projektu jest: modyfikacja programów kształcenia, uruchomionych i realizowanych w Wydziale Nauk o Zdrowiu i Wydziale Informatyki i Nauko Żywności na 3 kierunkach studiów, polegająca na prowadzeniu zajęć z wykorzystaniem metod i technik kształcenia na odległość, dostosowanych do potrzeb gospodarki, rynku pracy i społeczeństwa; podniesienie kompetencji zawodowych 120 studentów, studiów stacjonarnych i niestacjonarnych I i II st. i jednolitych magisterskich, odpowiadających potrzebom gospodarki, rynku pracy i społeczeństwa, oraz wsparcie zmian organizacyjnych i podniesienie kompetencji kadr: dydaktycznych -30 os. - kom.cyfrowe,104 os. - kompetencje zarządcze; zarządzających (25 os.) - kom.zawodowe/zarządcze i pracowników administracji - 67 os kom.zawodowe/zarządcze do dnia 01.09.2023. Projekt będzierealizował trzy moduły: I,II i VI. Projekt zakłada realizację zadań: modyfikacja programów kształcenia na Wydziale Nauk o Zdrowiu i Wydziale Informatyki iNauk o Żywności w formule kształcenia na odległość, kursów, warsztatów, szkoleń i wizyt studyjnych u potencjalnych pracodawców w obszarze wzrostukompetencji zawodowych, komunikacyjnych i analitycznych studentów (KD 23 i 24), podnoszenie kompetencji zawodowych, informatycznych/cyfrowych i zarządczych pracowników w obszarze zarządzaniaUczelnią, podnoszenia kompetencji dydaktyczno - naukowych w obszarze nauka na poziomie wyższym.Grupę docelową będą stanowić studenci PWSIiP w Łomży, studiówI, II st. i jedn.mgr, pracownicy dydaktyczni, zarządzający i administracyjni. Uczelnia nie składa wniosku w partnerstwie. Składa i będzie realizować projektsamodzielnie. Wdrażanie zadań i działań w projekciezostanie obligatoryjnie: poprzedzone bilansem kompetencji na wejściu i wyjściu, powiązane z co najmniej 12 m-cznym monitor. losu absolwenta będącego uczestnikiem projektu (KD 25). Zdobyte przez kadrę kompetencje zostaną wykorzystane w ramach prowadzonych zajęć ze studentami przez co najmniej jeden semestr - KD 27. (Polish)

The main objective of the project is to: modification of education programmes launched and implemented in the Faculty of Health Sciences and the Faculty of Computer Science and Food Science in 3 fields of study, consisting of conducting classes using distance learning methods and techniques adapted to the needs of the economy, labour market and society; raising the professional competences of 120 students, full-time and part-time studies I and II and single masters, responding to the needs of the economy, labour market and society, as well as supporting organisational changes and improving staff competences: didactic -30 people. — digit com, 104 people. — management powers; managers (25 persons) – professional/managers and administrative staff – 67 people working/managers until 01.09.2023. The project will implement three modules: I, II and VI. The project assumes the following tasks: modification of education programmes at the Faculty of Health Sciences and the Faculty of Information Technology and Food Sciences in the formula of distance education, courses, workshops, trainings and study visits to potential employers in the field of growth of vocational, communication and analytical competences of students (KD 23 and 24), improvement of professional competence, IT/digital and management of employees in the area of management of the University, improvement of teaching and scientific competences in the field of higher education. The university does not submit an application in partnership. Submits and will carry out the project on its own. Implementation of tasks and activities in the project will be obligatory: preceded by a balance of competencies at entry and exit, linked to at least 12 m² monitor of the graduate who is a participant in the project (KD 25). The skills gained by the staff will be used in the course of classes with students for at least one semester – KD 27. (English)
