Cel głównym jest podwyższona aktywność zawodowa i zdolność do zatrudnienia wśród 72UP (44K) w wieku 15-29 lat, które nie uczestniczą w kształceniu i szkoleniu tzw.młodzież NEET z WP, stanowiących GD projektu, poprzez objęcie UP kompleksowym i zindywidualizowanym wsparciem dostosowanym do ich potrzeb i predyspozycji, w okresie od 01.01.2019r do 30.09.2019r.Grupę Docelową stanowi 72 os.młodych [w tym 44K] w wieku 15-29 lat, z następujących grup:-56 UP to OBZ, kt.nie uczestniczą w kształceniu i szkoleniu tzw. młodzież NEET, zgodnie z definicją os.z kategorii NEET przyjętą w PO WER 2014-2020,-16 UP to os.z następ.GD: os.odchodzące z rolnictwa i ich rodziny,tzw. ubodzy pracujący, os.zatrudn.na umowach krótkoterm.oraz pracujący w ramach umów cywilno-prawnych, zgodnie z defin.zawartymi w Wyt.w zakresie real.przedsięwzięć z udziałem środków EFS w obszarze RP na lata 2014-2020z wyłączeniem os.należących do GD określonej dla trybu konkurs.w poddz.1.3.1.*Min.30%UP stanowią osoby z niskimi kwalif.(do ISCED 3 max)*Min.5% UP stanowią ONWsparcie przewidziane w projekcie:1. Diagnoza potrzeb UP (4h/UP)2. Poradnictwo zawodowe (śr.6h/UP)3. Szkolenia zawodowe (80h/gr.)4. Staż zawodowy (3m-ce/UP)5. Pośrednictwo pracy (śr.5h/UP)Efekty/rezultaty udziału w projekcie:1. Liczba os.,które uzyskały kwalifikacje - min. 44os.[60%]2.% osób w najtrudniejszej syt.(w tym ON, os.długotr.bezrobotne, os.z niskimi kwalif.) objętych wsparciem, które podejmą zatrudnienie-min.39%3.% osób objętych wsparciem, które podejmą zatrudnienie w wyniku wsparcia w projekcie, nie ujętych w ramach innego wskaźnika efektywności zatrudn. min.54%4.% osób pracujących objętych wsparciem w projekcie, które poprawią sytuację na rynku pracy w ramach efektywności zawodowej-min.27% (Polish)
