Cílem projektu je nastavení základních procesů personálního managementu tak, aby reflektoval aktuální požadavky společnosti TRIMILL s ohledem na potřeby jejich zaměstnanců a životní situace, ve kterých se právě nacházejí. Výstupem bude zlepšení systému řízení, vybudování tréninkového centra, vytvoření komplexního programu vzdělávání, motivace a odměňování se zřetelem na prvky Age managementu. (Czech)

The aim of the project is to set up basic processes of personnel management to reflect the current requirements of TRIMILL with respect to the needs of their employees and the living situation in which they are currently located. The outcome will be to improve the management system, build a training centre, create a comprehensive education programme, motivation and remuneration with respect to the elements of Age management.
