Předmětem projektu je zřízení komunitního centra v objektu bývalé fary na adrese Kostelní 406 ve Vyškově. Objekt bude podroben rekonstrukčním pracím a v jeho prostorách nově naleznou sídlo tři subjekty, které budou poskytovat sociální, poradenské, vzdělávací služby a pořádat další aktivity. Tyto subjekty tvoří Oblastní fara Vyškov, Centrum pro rodinu, z. s. a Diogenes, z. s. a jejich činnost je dle znění výzvy zaměřena na osoby ohrožené sociálním vyloučením a zdravotně postižené. a.
