Projekt je zaměřen na vytvoření 11 nájemních sociálních bytů ve městě Rotava, která je územím se sociálně vyloučenou lokalitou. Prostřednictvím rekonstrukce stávajících bytů v panelových domech, které město odkoupilo od dlužníků zpět do svého vlastnictví, dojde k vytvoření nájemního sociálního bydlení. Toto bydlení přispěje také k lepší integraci cílových skupin do majoritní společnosti a zlepšení kvality jejich života, také v souvislosti s poskytovanou sociální péčí obyvatelům těchto bytů. a.
