Paprsek zahájil proces transformace a v roce 2017 jí byl schválen transformační plán. Ten jen nadále aktualizován. V souladu s TP byla registrována služba CHB pro níž je připravováno celkem 8 domácností ve 3 lokalitách. Účelem projektu je podpořit nově vzniklou službu u 2 fungujících domácností a pak její rozšíření na 8 domácnosti. Pro Paprsek to znamená připravit organizační strukturu, klienty na přechod, zaměstnance na změnu, zapojit opatrovníky. Projekt se dotýká 35 pracovníků a 28 klientů. (Czech)
