Hlavním cílem projektu je vytvořit dostupné nájemní sociální bydlení v obci Žeranovice, které umožní sociálně vyloučeným osobám a osobám ohroženým sociálním vyloučením vstup do nájemního vztahu. Nástrojem dosažení uvedeného cíle je vytvoření bytových prostor pro potřeby sociálního bydlení. Tohoto cíle bude konkrétně dosaženo přestavbou obecního polyfunkčního domku s č. p. 127 na obecní bytový dům se 2 sociálními byty. a. (Czech)
