    Předmětem výzkumného a vývojového projektu je testovací výroba nového tuhé alternativního paliva (TAP) zušlechtěním směsného komunálního odpadu a následná spalovací zkouška prověřující možnost spoluspalování s fosilním palivem na existujícím teplárenském kotli, zpracování závěrečné zprávy vyhodnocující pokusnou výrobu a spalovací zkoušku a zpracování studie proveditelnosti včetně CBA analýzy.
