    Projekt směřuje svou náplní a plánovanými činnostmi k nabídce řešení v oblasti malé a střední produkce vína zaměřeného na biologického činitele. V současnosti převládající způsob výroby spočívá v eliminaci přirozeného mikrobiálního společenstva, které se do moštu dostane zpracováním hroznů, a následné inokulaci dováženými preparáty sušených vinařských kvasinek. Původní společenstva přítomná na hroznech obsahují vinařsky užitečné zástupce kvasinek. Cílem projektu je doplnit nabídku produktů. a. (Czech)
