| Property / summary: The aim of the project is to increase the employment opportunities of those aged 30 and over and above the particularly difficult labour market situation in the district of Gryfino. By the wide range of support used in the global project, the ultimate goal should be to reduce unemployment in the district of Gryfino. The main result of the project will be the entry into employment/self-employment by 106 of the PLO in Gryfinno. Audience: Persons aged over 30 and more registered in PUP Gryfino as unemployed facing a particularly difficult situation in the labour market, i.e.: * persons aged 50 and over, * women, * persons with disabilities, * long-term unemployed, * low achievers) for which a job profile of I or II is laid down in the Act on the promotion of employment and labour market institutions. Support will be provided using appropriate instruments and forms that address individual needs only for the most vulnerable in the labour market. By way of proj, for each of the participants, the presentation of a specific activation offer will be preceded by an analysis of the skills, suitability and professional problems of the participant concerned. On this basis, the PLO will implement the relevant labour market services and instruments referred to in the Act on the Promotion of Employment and Labour Market Institutions (within Proj. : job placement/career guidance, internships, training, one-off measures for starting a business, refunds on the cost of equipping the job station with an unemployed person; where necessary, other actions implemented with FP resources) to provide comprehensive support to project participants in the IPD project. POWIAT GRYFIŃSKI/POWIATOWY URZĄD PRACY W GRYFINIE

Celem projektu jest zwiększenie możliwości zatrudnienia osób w wieku powyżej 30 lat i więcej znajdujących się w szczególnie trudnej sytuacji na rynku pracy w powiecie gryfińskim. Przez szeroki wachlarz wsparcia zastosowany w proj. globalnym, ostatecznym celem proj. winno być zmniejszenie bezrobocia w powiecie gryfińskim. Głównym rezultatem proj. będzie podjęcie zatrudnienia/samozatrudnienia przez 106 os. zarejestrowanych w PUP w Gryfinie. Grupa docelowa: Osoby w wieku powyżej 30 lat i więcej zarejestrowane w PUP Gryfino jako bezrobotne znajdującesię w szczególnie trudnej sytuacji na rynku pracy,tj.: * osoby w wieku 50 lat i więcej, * kobiety, * osoby z niepełnosprawnościami, * osoby długotrwale bezrobotne, * niskowykwalifikowane) dla których, zg.z Ustawą o promocji zatrudnienia i instytucjach rynku pracy, określono I lub II profil pomocy. Wsparcie przeprowadzone zostanie z zastosowaniem odpowiednich instrumentów i form, które będą odpowiadały na indywidualne potrzeby, udzielane wyłącznie osobom znajdującym się w najtrudniejszej sytuacji na rynku pracy. W ramach proj., dla każdego z uczestników przedstawienie konkretnej oferty aktywizacji zawodowej poprzedzi analiza umiejętności, predyspozycji i problemów zawodowych danego uczestnika. Na tej podstawie PUP realizować będzie odpowiednio dobrane usługi i instrumenty rynku pracy, o których mowa w ustawie o promocji zatrudnienia i instytucjach rynku pracy (w ramach proj. : pośrednictwo pracy/poradnictwo zawodowe, staże, szkolenia, jednorazowe środki na rozpoczęcie działalności gospodarczej, refundacje kosztów wyposażenia stanowiska pracy za zatrudnienie skierowanego bezrobotnego; w miarę potrzeb -inne działania ustawowe- realizowane ze środków FP)-realizacja kompleksowego wsparcia dla uczestników projektu w ramach IPD.
