Przedmiotem projektu jest zakup 1 uterenowionego samochodu ratowniczo-gaśniczego klasy średniej dla OSP Lipiany. Projekt jest zlokalizowany w województwie zachodniopomorskim, powiecie pyrzyckim, mieście Lipiany, na terenie SSW. Projekt obejmuje wszystkie zadania niezbędne do zapewnienia funkcjonalności i operacyjności infrastruktury zaraz po zakończeniu realizacji zakresu rzeczowego. Zakres rzeczowy obejmuje: Opracowanie dokumentacji aplikacyjnej, dostawę uterenowionego samochodu ratowniczo-gaśniczego klasy średniej dla OSP Lipiany oraz promocję projektu. Wnioskodawcą, Inwestorem i Beneficjentem projektu jest Ochotnicza Straż Pożarna w Lipianach. Realizacja projektu będzie prowadzona przez członków OSP Lipiany wspieranych przez pracowników UM Lipiany. Wnioskodawca produkty projektu będzie użytkować bezpośrednio, posiadając wieloosobowy i wykwalifikowany zespół strażaków wyspecjalizowanych w działaniach ratowniczo-gaśniczych. Wnioskodawca posiada zdolność instytucjonalną oraz wystarczające zasoby kadrowe do prawidłowego utrzymania i eksploatacji produktów projektu oraz prowadzenia działalności publicznej w okresie trwałości projektu. W fazie operacyjnej za zarządzanie i użytkowanie produktów projektu będą odpowiedzialne następujące jednostki: (1) Zarząd OSP Lipiany wspierany przez pracowników UM Lipiany – w zakresie nadzoru nad zachowaniem wymogów wynikających z trwałości projektu i poprawnego archiwizowania dokumentacji projektowej; (2) OSP Lipiany – jako podmiot świadczący usługi ratowniczo-gaśnicze w ramach KSRG – odpowiedzialność w zakresie użytkowania i bieżącej konserwacji produktów projektu oraz współpracy z właściwymi instytucjami w przypadku kontroli. Projekt nie jest zaliczany do projektów dużych, nie generuje dochodu i nie jest objęty pomocą publiczną. (Polish)

The subject of the project is the purchase of 1 medium-class rescue and fire-extinguishing vehicle for the OSP Lipiana. The project is located in Zachodniopomorskie voivodship, Pyrzyce County, Lipiany, in the area of the SSW. The project covers all the tasks necessary to ensure the functionality and operationality of the infrastructure as soon as the material scope is completed. The material scope shall include: Development of application documentation, delivery of a grounded mid-range rescue and fire-extinguishing vehicle to Lipiana OSP and promotion of the project. The applicant, Investor and Beneficiary of the project is the Volunteer Fire Service in Lipiana. Implementation of the project will be carried out by members of the OSP Lipiana, supported by employees of UM Lipiana. The applicant will use the products of the project directly, having a multi-person and qualified team of firefighters specialised in rescue and firefighting operations. The applicant shall have the institutional capacity and sufficient staff resources to properly maintain and operate the project’s products and to carry out public activities during the project’s durability. In the operational phase, the following units will be responsible for the management and use of the project’s products: (1) The management of the TSO Lipiana, supported by employees of UM Lipiana, to supervise the maintenance of the requirements resulting from the sustainability of the project and the correct archiving of project documentation; (2) TSO Lipiana, as a provider of CSRG rescue and firefighting services, is responsible for the use and ongoing maintenance of the project products and cooperation with the competent authorities in the case of inspections. The project is not included in large projects, does not generate income and is not covered by public aid. (English)
