The building of the village common room in Liska (building number 14-3/13;8, Działka nr 3/13, part 14 of Liska, Sępopol Municipality, Bartoszycki district) will be modernised and upgraded, under the substantive care of M-GOK in Sępopol. Scope of construction works in Project: • Upgrading of the roof – including: overhaul of rafters (73,6 m), formwork replacement (410.7 m²), patch replacement (410.7 m²), new sheet metalworking and lightning installation. • Restoration of the ceiling – replacement of the ceiling beams (17.5 m), replacement of the ceiling (39 m²), reflection of the old and the location of new plasters (39 m²). • Reconstruction of chimneys (4.5 m³). • Modernisation of rooms in the building – including: plaster replenishment (140 m²), felting of existing plasters (457 m²), surface painting (678 m²), ceiling painting (285 m²), panel painting (192 m²), non-slip tiles (46 m²), interior doors (18.4 m²), stage renovation (22 m²), wooden stairs (16 degrees). • Replacement of windows (26.15 m²), exchange of doors for anti-burglary (2 pieces). • Repair of external stairs, non-slip tiles linings, stairways (19.5 m), paving in front of the building with concrete cube (120 m²). • Installations – including: water pipe, sewerage, C.O. installation, steel radiators (13 pcs.). • Electrical installation – including: cables (750 mb), replacement of LED lighting (63 pcs).
