In II.2018 in the ZSEiT in Pasłęk, the needs of pupils, employers and teachers were diagnosed using a survey aimed at gaining opinions on participation in vocational courses/training, in the context of finding the job expected by the student and expanding professional competences. The survey was conducted by 84 students of tech and ZSZ classes, 30 entrepreneurs, 15 n-li subjects incl. Results of the diagnosis: insufficient professional competences of graduates, lack of upgrading of professional qualifications and soft competences, insufficient number and quality of specialised teaching activities, insufficient cooperation between enterprises, financial barriers of schools, insufficient qualifications of teachers due to dynamic economic and technical changes. In this connection, students were offered additional courses, vocational training enriched by personal development workshops, teachers – courses for examiner, postgraduate studies and apprenticeships, employers – pupils on an internship or practice with expected courses, vocational training enriched with soft competences. The project will therefore be based on model I and II. The main objective of the project will be to raise and acquire new qualifications and skills in 34 learners. ZSEiT and 8 n-li in Pasłęk through Qualify courses, training, personal development workshops and internships with employers. through specific objectives such as: Products: 3 tech. and 1 ZS take part in apprenticeships and internships incl.; upgrading the qualifications of 3 tech. and 1 UAH will be retrofitted with equipment and materials necessary for training; 5 n-li will complete qualified courses and internships incl. postgraduate studies; 42 wasps will complete the project; 34 learner will be included in the development workshops34 the learner will complete the Qualify Courses; Results 172 learner will use for retrofitting; 8 n-li will raise qualifications through Qualify and Practice Courses, Study Subp; 34 Teaching the Social Computing (English) | |||||||||||||||

W II.2018r w ZSEiT w Pasłęku przeprowadzono diagnozę potrzeb uczniów, pracodawców i nauczycieli wykorzystując badanie ankietowe które miało na celu poznanie opinii odnośnie uczestnictwa w kursach zawodowych/szkoleniach, w kontekście znalezienia oczekiwanej przez ucznia pracy oraz poszerzania kompetencji zawodowych. Badaniu ankietowemu poddano 84 ucz. klas tech i zsz, 30 przedsiębiorców, 15 n-li przedmiotów zaw oraz instruktorów praktycznej nauki zaw. Wyniki przeprowadzonej diagnozy:niewystarczające kompetencje zawodowe absolwentów, brak podnoszenia kwalifikacji zawodowych oraz miękkich kompetencji, niewystarczająca ilość i jakość specjalistycznych zajęć dydaktycznych, zbyt mała współpraca przedsiębiorstw, bariery finansowe szkoły, niewystarczające kwalifikacje nauczycieli spowodowane dynamicznymi zmianami gospodarczymi i technicznymi. W związku z tym uczniom zaproponowano dodatkowe kursy, szkolenia zawodowe wzbogacone o warsztaty rozwoju osobistego, nauczycielom - kursy na egzaminatora, studia podyplomowe i praktyki zawodowe, pracodawcom – uczniów na stażu lub praktyce z oczekiwanymi kursami, szkoleniami zawodowymi wzbogaconymi o kompetencje miękkie. Projekt zostanie zatem oparty na I i II modelu. Głównym celem projektu będzie Podniesienie i nabycie nowych kwalifikacji i umiejętności zaw u 34 ucz. ZSEiT i 8 n-li w Pasłęku poprzez kursy kwalif, szkolenia, warsztaty rozwoju osobistego oraz praktyki i staże u pracodawców. poprzez cele szczegółowe takie jak: Produkty : 3 tech. i 1 ZSZ uczestniczą w praktykach i stażach zaw.; podniesienie kwalifikacji u 3 tech. i 1 ZSZ zostaną doposażone w sprzęt i materiały niezbędne do kształcenia zaw; 5 n-li ukończy kursy kwalif i staże zaw, studia podyplomowe; 42 os ukończy projekt; 34 ucz. zostanie objętych warsztatami rozwoju34 ucz ukończy kursy kwalif.; Rezultaty 172 ucz wykorzysta doposażenia; 8 n-li podniesie kwalifikacje poprzez kursy kwalif i praktyki, studia podp; 34 ucz podniesie komp społeczne (Polish)
