The subject of the project is the thermal modernisation of the buildings of the logistics and distribution centre in Zalewo. The first building (Warehousing Hall No 1) located at 8a Kilińskiego Street in Zalewo on plot No. 263/9 of Kupin with a net area of 404,93 sqm. The second building (Warehousing Hall No 2) located at 8a Kilińskiego Street in Zalewo on plot No. 263/7 of Kupin with a net area of 1083,95 sqm. According to the energy audit carried out, it is necessary to implement the following material range of thermal retrofitting works: — warming of roofs and walls, – warming of floors, – insulation of building gates amount of pieces 4 (Replacement for panels with another indicator of heat transfer, with audit). — replacement of electrical lighting system for energy efficient with installation of a photovoltaic installation with a capacity of 12,1 kV in building No. 1 and power of 16.5 kV in building No.2 (total power for the project 28,6), i.e. 0.03 MW. — installation of ventilation system – modernisation of heating system with installation of heaters. The project fits into the assumptions set out in the WiM RPO SzOOP due to the assumed rationalisation and reduction of energy consumption in the SME sector of over 25 %, achieved as a result of deep, comprehensive energy modernisation of the building with the installation of photovoltaic panels in the company, used for economic purposes. Przedmiotem projektu jest termomodernizacja budynków centrum logistyczno-dystrybucyjnego w Zalewie. Pierwszy budynek (Hala magazynowa nr 1) zlokalizowany przy ulicy Kilińskiego 8a w Zalewie na działce nr 263/9 obręb Kupin o powierzchni netto 404,93 m kw. Drugi budynek (Hala magazynowa nr 2) zlokalizowany przy ulicy Kilińskiego 8a w Zalewie na działce nr 263/7 obręb Kupin o powierzchni netto 1083,95 m kw. Zgodnie z przeprowadzonym audytem energetycznym niezbędna jest realizacja następującego zakresu rzeczowego robót termomodernizacyjnych: - docieplenie dachów i ścian, - docieplenie posadzek, - docieplenie bram budynków ilość szt.4 (Wymiana na panele z innym wskaźnikiem przenikania ciepła , zgdodnie z audytem). - wymianę instalacji elektrycznej oświetlenia na energooszczędne wraz z montażem instalacji fotowoltaicznej o mocy 12,1 kV w budynku nr 1 i mocy 16,5 kV w budynku nr 2 ( łącznie moc dla projektu 28,6), tj. 0.03 MW. - montaż systemu wentylacji - modernizacja systemu ogrzewania wraz z montażem nagrzewnic. Projekt wpisuje się w założenia określone w SzOOP RPO WiM z uwagi na założoną racjonalizację i spadek zużycia energii w sektorze MŚP powyżej 25% , osiągniętą w efekcie głębokiej, kompleksowej modernizacji energetycznej budynku wraz z instalacją paneli fotowoltaicznych w przedsiębiorstwie, wykorzystywanego na cele gospodarcze.
