The aim of the clearer is to improve the energy performance of the building, which will lead to a reduction in the demand for heat. Projekt Termomodernizacja budynku Urzędu Miejskiego w Gliwicach przy ul. Jasnej ma na celu poprawę charakterystyki energetycznej budynku, co przełoży się na zmniejszenie zapotrzebowania na energię cieplną. Realizacja celu projektu, będzie polegała na przeprowadzeniu prac termomodernizacyjnych, obejmujących docieplenie przegród budowlanych, wymianę stolarki okiennej i drzwiowej, modernizacji instalacji c.o. Działania zaplanowane w ramach projektu, pozwolą na zmniejszenie zapotrzebowania na energię końcową w budynku o 48,70% i przyczynią się do redukcji emisji gazów cieplarnianych o 95,41 ton ekwiwalentu CO2/rok. Planowana inwestycja zgodna jest z przepisami dotyczącymi emisji zanieczyszczeń i efektywności energetycznej oraz przyczyni się do realizacji planów gospodarki niskoemisyjnej samorządów wchodzących w skład Subregionu Centralnego zgodnie z założeniami Zintegrowanych Inwestycji Terytorialnych.
