Projekt polega na modernizacji i generalnym remoncie wraz ze zmianą sposobu użytkowania istniejącego budynku po dawnej szkole podstawowej w Wysokiej Lelowskiej na mieszkania socjalne. Roboty dotyczyć będą pomieszczeń wewnętrznych, elewacji, instalacji oraz zagospodarowania terenu. Obiekt poddany zostanie termomodernizacji, zakupione zostanie podstawowe wyposażenie mieszkań. Efektem prac będzie powstanie dziewięciu nowych mieszkań socjalnych. W sąsiedztwie obiektu zbudowane zostanie boisko wielofunkcyjne, powstanie droga wewnętrzna oraz parkingi. (Polish)

The works will concern interior spaces, facades, installation and land development. The facility will be thermally modernised, the basic equipment of the apartments will be purchased. The work will result in the creation of nine new social housing. In the vicinity of the building there will be a multifunctional field, an internal road and car parks will be built. (English)
