The main aim of the project is to increase the employability of 67 low-skilled people over the age of 29, registered in PLO Rybnik as unemployed, for whom a second aid profile within the meaning of Article 33 of the Act of 20.04.2004 on promotion of employment and labour market institutions has been set, including in particular the most vulnerable: people over 50, women, people with disabilities, the long-term unemployed. For each of the participants/participants in the project, an in-depth analysis of skills, aptitudes and professional problems is foreseen, including through the development of the Individual Action Plan. On this basis, the Authority will carry out appropriate labour market services and instruments: occupational guidance, job placement, psycho-social support, training, internship, intervention work. The project will run from 1.07.2016 to 31.03.2018 in the city of Rybnik and in the district of fish. (English)

    Celem głównym projektu jest zwiększenie możliwości zatrudnienia 67 osób o niskich kwalifikacjach powyżej 29 roku życia pozostających bez pracy, zarejestrowanych w PUP Rybnik jako bezrobotni, dla których został ustalony II profil pomocy w rozumieniu art. 33 ustawy z dnia 20.04.2004 r. o promocji zatrudnienia i instytucjach rynku pracy, w tym w szczególności osoby znajdujące się w najtrudniejszej sytuacji: osoby powyżej 50 roku życia, kobiety, osoby niepełnosprawne, osoby długotrwale bezrobotne. Dla każdego z uczestników/czek projektu przewiduje się pogłębioną analizę umiejętności, predyspozycji i problemów zawodowych, m.in. poprzez opracowanie Indywidualnego Planu Działania. Na tej podstawie Urząd będzie realizował odpowiednio dobrane usługi i instrumenty rynku pracy: poradnictwo zawodowe, pośrednictwo pracy, wsparcie psychologiczno-doradcze, szkolenia, staż, prace interwencyjne. Projekt będzie realizowany w okresie od 1.07.2016 r. do 31.03.2018 r. w mieście Rybnik i powiecie rybnickim. (Polish)
