The project implemented in consultation with employers involves training 140 people from the target group from the area of 6 poviats of Pomeranian Voivodeship and equipping them with new qualifications tailored to the needs of the local market. Participants will undergo an accurate diagnosis of their competences and possibilities, after which an individual support path will be selected, including training incl. and a 3 m-long internship at local companies. Project objective • To increase the employment of people who are unemployed-the most vulnerable in the labour market-after the completion of the project, at least 45 % of participants will be employed. Specific OBJECTIVE • Increase the level of activation incl.(bottom-up approach, multisectoral -common strategy) ACTIONS • Diagnosis-(Identification of Participant Needs)-group diagnostics using a tool from an innovative project @Professional Adviser, • Individual Diagnosis-tests tailored to the specific characteristics of the group. • Psychological support. • Coaching support, the product will be IPD for each participant. • Individual and group advice. • Workshops on active job search techniques and acquisition of key competences. • Computer Workshops/“digital literature”. • Establishment of an e-platform, continuous support for e-advisor and e-coach. • Vocational training. • Internship (3 months) – incentives for spatial mobility • Individual job intermediation. • Work Fair The result of the project will be the taking up and maintenance of work by the participants for at least 3 months. A new model of cooperation will be developed in the implementation of tasks that activate people from groups at risk of social exclusion professionally and socially. An additional effect will be the integration of many local labour market players in solving specific problems within the local community. The project will use innovative tools for diagnosis and support: • Go work-profiled strategy game. • @Professional Advisor/Multi-Aspect Assessment of Vocational Preferences-electronic application online.     Projekt realizowany w porozumieniu z pracodawcami zakłada przeszkolenie 140 os. z grupy docelowej z terenu 6 powiatów woj. pomorskiego i wyposażenie ich w nowe kwalifikacje dostosowane do potrzeb lokal rynku. Uczestnicy przejdą dokładną diagnozę swoich kompetencji i możliwości, po której zostanie dobrana indywidualna ścieżka wsparcia zakładająca szkolenie zaw. i 3 m-czny staż u lokalnych firm. CEL PROJEKTU • zwiększenie zatrudnienia osób pozostających bez pracy-będących w najtrudniejszej sytuacji na rynku pracy–po zakończeniu projektu min. 45 % uczestników uzyska zatrudnienie.
