Budynek oświatowo-komunalny objęty projektem znajduje się w Ciasnej przy ul. Zjednoczenia 10. Właścicielem budynku jest Gmina Ciasna. Budynek podzielony jest na dwie części: część oświatową mieszczącą sale lekcyjne (przedszkole) i część komunalną, w której znajduje się pięć lokali mieszkalnych. Zakres kompleksowej termomodernizacji przedmiotowego budynku obejmuje następujące główne zadania: 1. Zakup i montaż kotłów gazowych wraz z robotami w obrębie źródła ciepła.. 2. Wykonanie instalacji wewnętrznej centralnego ogrzewania. 3. Wykonanie instalacji gazu . 4. Docieplenie budynku - docieplenie ścian zewnętrznych i cokołów styropianem gr. 14 cm, wymianę pokrycia dachowego poprzez ułożenie styropapy gr. 15 cm oraz wymianę stolarki okiennej i drzwiowej. Realizacja projektu poprawi izolacyjność termiczną przegród zewnętrznych budynku i pozwoli zmniejszyć zużycie energii potrzebnej do jego ogrzania, jednocześnie eliminując istniejące wady technologiczne (mostki termiczne, nieszczelności).
