The beginning of the cycle route was designed along the DW969 voivodeship road, then runs under the bridge leading to Knurów and later along the coastline of Dunajec on the elevated embankment, up to the sports field in Dębno, then the path goes to the floodplains near the DW969 provincial road and runs under the road bridge on Hubie, then the dam of Czorsztyński reservoir. The route descends from the dam in Dębno and further is designed along the commune road, and ends its course in front of the Białka river bridge within the district road DP1639K.The projected route uses the existing DW969, DP1639K, municipal dr. and ground dr. dr. construction of a two-way bicycle route with a width of 2.5 m and 3.0 m, with a length of 4981.50 m in the towns of Harklowa and Dębno. construction of 3 culverts, local reinforcement of the body with a global overhead in the village of Dębno.designed drainage ditch, carrying out rainwaters, carrying out 3 culverts, local reinforcement of the body with a cover of stone. investor supervision indirect costs, investor material as its own in-kind contribution.     Ścieżka rowerowa znajduje się w m. Harklowa i Dębno gm. Nowy Targ; pow.nowotarski; woj. małopolskie. Początek trasy rowerowej zaprojektowano wzdłuż drogi wojewódzkiej DW969, następnie przebiega pod mostem prowadzącym do miejscowości Knurów i później wzdłuż linii brzegowej Dunajca na wyniesionym nasypie, aż do boiska sportowego w miejscowości Dębno , w dalszej kolejności ścieżka przechodzi na wały przeciwpowodziowe nieopodal drogi wojewódzkiej DW969 i biegnie pod mostem drogowym na Hubie, następnie wałem zapory Zbiornika Czorsztyńskiego.
