Gł. cel proj:Wsparcie małopolskich pracodawców w obszarze wydłużenia aktywności zawodowej pracowników, poprzez opracowanie lub aktualizację strategii zarządzania wiekiem SZW oraz ich wdrożenie u 15 pracodawców w terminie 01.01.2020 30.06.2021.Projekt przyczyni się do przygotowania lub aktualizacji oraz wdrożenia SZW u 15 małopolskich pracodawców zatrudniających więcej niż 9 pracowników z wyłączeniem dużych przedsiębiorstw, m.in. poprzez wdrożenie ważnych z punktu widzenia danego pracod. elementów strategii min. 1, wsparcie doradcze i szkoleniowe oraz przygotowanie właścicieli, kadry zarządzającej i pracowników do zmian przewidzianych w strategii oraz pokazanie wszechstronnych korzyści z wprowadzenia SZW u pracodawcy.Zgodnie z SzOOP RPO WM GD stanowią pracodawcy, zatrudn. min. 9 pracowników z wyłącz.dużych przedsięb. z siedzibą,filią,delegaturą lub jedn.organizacyjną na terenie Woj. MŁPL oraz ich pracownicy os.pracujące na terenie Woj.MŁPL,w szczególności pracow.powyżej 50 r.ż. Proj.ma charakter otwarty. Wspartych zostanie 15 pracodawców nie posiadających SZW lub posiadających nieaktualną Strategię a u których zidentyfikowana zostanie potrzeba opracowania SZW i wdrożenia narzędzi ZW. Przewidziano udział w szkoleniach i doradztwie 60 UP pracowników i pracodawców.
