| Property / summary: The project involves the construction of a total 2.34 km of a gravity sewer network in Lukowica and Jadampland located in the Lukowica agglomeration with an equivalent population of 3500 to the WWTP located in Świdnik. The agglomeration was designated by Resolution No LVI90314 of the Malopolska Region of 27 October 2014 and is included in the National Waste Water Treatment Programme in the current list of agglomerations of Id PLMP 146 and in the Master Plan under the position of Id PLMP 146. The design of the sanitary collectors is located in the Region of the Protected Landscape Area designated by Regulation No 9206 of the Governor of Małopolskie Province of 24 November 2006. There are also Natura 2000 sites in the municipality of Lukowica. The municipality of Lukowica states that the waste water coming from the newly built sewage system will be discharged into the MBR Świdnik WWTP complying with the requirements of Council Directive 91271/EEC of 21 May 1991 concerning urban waste water treatment. Przedmiotem projektu jest budowa łącznie 2,34 km grawitacyjnej sieci kanalizacji sanitarnej w miejscowościach Łukowica i Jadamwola położonych na obszarze aglomeracji Łukowica o równoważnej liczbie mieszkańców 3500 z oczyszczalnią ścieków zlokalizowaną w miejscowości Świdnik. Aglomeracja wyznaczona została Uchwałą Nr LVI90314 Sejmiku Województwa Małopolskiego z dnia 27 października 2014r. i jest ujęta w Krajowym Programie Oczyszczania Ścieków Komunalnych w aktualnym wykazie aglomeracji Id PLMP 146 oraz w Master Planie pod pozycja Id PLMP 146. Zaprojektowane kolektory sanitarne znajdują się na terenie Południowomałopolskiego Obszaru Chronionego Krajobrazu wyznaczonego Rozporządzeniem Nr 9206 Wojewody Małopolskiego z dnia 24 listopada 2006r. Na terenie gminy Łukowica znajdują się również obszary Natura 2000. Gmina Łukowica oświadcza, iż ścieki odprowadzane z nowo wybudowanej sieci kanalizacji sanitarnej będą po zakończeniu projektu inwestycyjnego odprowadzane do oczyszczalni MBR Świdnik spełniającej wymagania Dyrektywy Rady 91271EWG z dnia 21 maja 1991 r. dotyczącej oczyszczania ścieków komunalnych Dz. U. L 13540 z 30.5.1991 oraz Rozporządzenia Ministra Środowiska z dnia 18 listopada 2014 r. w sprawie warunków, jakie należy spełnić przy wprowadzaniu ścieków do wód lub ziemi, oraz w sprawie substancji szczególnie szkodliwych dla środowiska wodnego Dz.
