A project implemented by the AKME Foundation in partnership with the WSNROW, which targets 130UP (78K/52M) from the domesticated areas of the wild, where the sytem in the labour market is the most difficult to be unemployed. The target group consists of persons aged 30 years and over (unemployed and inactive) belonging to at least one of the following groups: 30oS. 50 + (18K/12M), 38os (22K/16M) for the long-term unemployed, 8os (4K/4M) with disabilities, 46os (26K/20M) with low qualifications and 78K (of which 8K not belonging to the above groups), including 20 dependent children (12K/8M). The objective is to increase (from 01.06.2016 to 28.02.2018) the job of the online groups as part of personalised and comprehensive activation support (min.2 forms of support for each of those offered in AD.1-4) tailored to the needs and potential of the UP as determined jointly by the client’s advisor in the preparation of the IPD (kept monitoring). Throughout the life of the proj. The support of the work intermediary will be guaranteed. A number of forms of interview with a psychologist, a workshop with active job search, collective guidance from their dependants will enable the PA to overcome the barriers and difficulties that hinder their effective functioning. Training in shortage occupations in the labour market in the OSI area will enable the UP to acquire a qualification (certified by a certificate) that will increase their chances of finding a job and participation in traineeships will complement the experience and practical skills. The main resolutions planned to be achieved include, but are not limited to: — Achievement of employment performance indicators (see paragraph.E.5.2) -work upon leaving (including working on an account) by min.45 % of the unemployed (including long-term unemployed) and 40 % of the economically inactive of inactive unemployed persons (including the long-term unemployed). Qualification on leaving the programme by min.31 % of the unemployed (including long-term unemployed) and 27 % of inactive supported unemployed (English)

UP zagwarantowane będzie wsparcie pośrednika pracy.
