The object of the project is revitalisation activities, thanks to which a multifunctional space will be created mainly for residents of the New Town sub-area and the entire community of Kęty in which they will be able to increase their physical activity. The creation of a recreational area will have a positive impact on the local community. Przedmiotem projektu są działania rewitalizacyjne dzięki, którym zostanie stworzona wielofunkcyjna przestrzeń przede wszystkim dla mieszkańców podobszaru Nowe Miasto jak i całej Gminy Kęty w której będą mogli zwiększać swoją aktywności fizyczną. Stworzenie przestrzeni rekreacyjnosportowej wpłynie pozytywnie na lokalna społeczność. Przyczyni się do kształtowania pozytywnych postaw społecznych, zachęci głównie ale nie tylko młodzież do aktywności fizycznej, stworzy dla pracującej grupy mieszkańców miejsce do aktywnego spędzania czasu wolnego. W ramach projektu zostaną przeprowadzone następujące roboty budowlane:Rozbiórki, korytowanie pod nawierzchnie.Budowa nawierzchni kompleksu sportowego:Wyposażenie kompleksu sportowego dla: boiska wielofunkcyjnego pow. 693,5 m2, które będzie pełniło funkcję: boiska do koszykówki 608 m2, do siatkówki 360 m2, do tenisa ziemnego 667,4 m2, bieżni 1495,55 m2, skoczni w dal 107.5 m2, skoczni wzwyż 24 m2, boisko do siatkówki plażowej 468 m2, rzutni do pchnięcia kulą 91,21 m2, montaż ławek żeliwnych bez oparć z siedziskami z drewna.Montaż piłkochwytów:Odwodnienie kompleksu sportowego:Instalacja elektryczna oświetleniowa:Kompleks został zaprojektowany w taki sposób by mogły z niego korzystać również osoby niepełnosprawne.Na potrzeby projektu została wykonana następująca dokumentacja:1Kosztorys inwestorski wraz z specyfikacją techniczną wykonania i odbioru robót budowlanych grudzień 2011r.2Projekt budowlany listopad 2011r. 3Projekt budowlany odwodnienia kompleksu sportowego listopad 2011r.4Projekt budowlany część elektryczna listopad 2011r.Przyjęte w projekcie rozwiązania są zgodne z najlepszą praktyką w dziedzinie budowy tego typu kompleksów, przewidziane rozwiązania techniczne i technologiczne są innowacyjne oraz energooszczędne.
