The project will provide specialised advisory services of a pro-development nature to support the development of MEDIKAR’s activities. They will be provided by the accredited Business Surrounding Institution, Netrix Group sp. z o.o. The aim is to build organizational and process capacity for implementation of strategic management and provide knowledge for strategic decisions concerning the company’s development. It will include two tasks: 1. Advice on the implementation of MEDIKAR’s strategy using the Strategic Score Card. 2. Marketing analysis of trends in the development of medical services in the field of rehabilitation cardiology. Within the framework of the first, a strategic audit of the organisation will be carried out, based on the results of the strategy synthesis, the selection of strategic themes and objectives and indicators. Based on the design map of strategies and strategic objectives, a selection of strategic pathways will be made for the development of the Strategic Scoreboard. As a result, a programme of strategic initiatives will be planned and the Charter cascading to lower levels of organisation will be planned and the Charter procedures will be established. The task will result in the implementation of the entire strategic management system, while the confirmation – audit, analytical and implementation documentation. For the second task, analytical work will be carried out to identify and quantify key trends that have a significant impact on MEDIKAR’s operating conditions in the field of cardiology medical services in the near future. Its own opinion on the prospectiveness of this segment, the management wishes to support the results of objective market research in order to be able to take far-reaching strategic decisions on this basis. The result of the task will be analytical documentation. The project was planned for implementation in the period 01.04.2017-31.07.2017. (English)

    W ramach projektu zostaną zrealizowane specjalistyczne usługi doradcze o charakterze prorozwojowym mające na celu wsparcie rozwoju działalności przedsiębiorstwa MEDIKAR. Będą świadczone przez akredytowaną Instytucję Otoczenia Biznesu, Netrix Group sp. z o.o. Doradztwo ma na celu zbudować potencjał organizacyjno-procesowy dla wdrożenia zarządzania strategicznego oraz zapewnić wiedzę dla podejmowania strategicznych decyzji dotyczących rozwoju spółki. Obejmować będzie dwa zadania: 1. Doradztwo w zakresie wdrożenia strategii przedsiębiorstwa MEDIKAR z wykorzystaniem Strategicznej Karty Wyników. 2. Analiza marketingowa trendów rozwoju usług medycznych w obszarze kardiologii rehabilitacyjnej. W ramach pierwszego z nich przeprowadzony zostanie audyt strategiczny organizacji, na podstawie wyników którego nastąpi synteza strategii, wybór tematów strategicznych oraz celów i mierników. W oparciu o zaprojektowaną mapę strategii i celów strategicznych zostanie dokonany wybór ścieżek strategicznych w celu opracowania Strategicznej Karty Wyników przedsiębiorstwa. W efekcie zaplanowany zostanie program inicjatyw strategicznych oraz nastąpi kaskadowanie Karty na niższe poziomy organizacji i ustalone zostaną procedury Karty. Rezultatem zadania będzie wdrożenie całego systemu zarządzania strategicznego, zaś potwierdzeniem – dokumentacja audytowa, analityczna oraz wdrożeniowa. W zakresie drugiego zadania zrealizowane zostaną prace analityczne mające na celu identyfikację i opis ilościowy kluczowych trendów, mających istotny wpływ na warunki funkcjonowania przedsiębiorstwa MEDIKAR w obszarze usług medycznych kardiologicznych w najbliższej przyszłości. Własną opinię o perspektywiczności tego segmentu kierownictwo pragnie poprzeć wynikami obiektywnych badań rynkowych, by na tej podstawie móc podejmować daleko idące decyzje strategiczne.
