Projekt polega na "Termomodernizacji placówek oświatowych w Sokołowie Podlaskim". W celu poprawnej realizacji projektu realizowane będą następujące etapy. I. Część przygotowawcza Polega na przygotowaniu i opracowaniu dokumentacji niezbędnej do rozpoczęcia procesu inwestycyjnego w tym audyty energetyczne, studium wykonalności, oraz w celu weryfikacji osiągniętych oszczędności po realizacji prac inwestycyjnych przygotowanie audytów ex post.
