The objective is to increase the level of social activity. 20 PAs are left without employment, including 50 % on the one of ON (subject to cryptembre 2), aged between 18 and 67 and who are diagnosed with comprehensive reintegration pathways leading to a return to the labour market in the window. 01.05.2018-30.04.2019 Target: — 100 % of OP up to and/or from the district: becachatowski, Trzeki, Mulhouse, the districts with the highest number of people benefiting from the benefits provided by the districts of 10 inhabitants — 100 % of the rural development (DEGURBA3) — 50 % of UP-ON in um./znicy/disorder. — up to 18 years of age will not represent more than 25 % of the target group: Activity 1 — Development of Individual Women in Social Reintegration — 8h/OP Objective: diagnosis of the problem situation, including from the point of view of the mental, social and professional health situation, resources, capacity, predisposition and capabilities. ‘Activity 2 — Support coaching — 12h/OP Objective: mentoring of participants and minimising negative spill-over effects, poverty, unemployment and underemployment. Activity 3 — Specific advisory support — 6h/UP — Task 4 — Career guidance — 8h/OP Objective: to increase activity. UP Activity 5 — Adult Vocational Training (PZD) — Phase 1 of the theoretical preparation Objective: increasing the professional skills of the UP in relation to the identified gaps in competence, needs and plans. Activity 6 — Adult Vocational Training (PZD) — Step 2: practical training at the workplace — 3 months/OP Objective: work experience and social integration Task 7 — Indirect labour market, 8h/OP Objective: the increase in employment, thanks to the above support, will significantly increase the chances of the PA to engage in participation and employment, and this will contribute to the achievement of the goal.
