| Property / summary: The project consists of a comprehensive investment zone of the municipality of Świdnica in the village of Letnica.The planned investment will be carried out in a “design and demolition” formula based on the functional and use programmes for the investment area in the Lenica. The investment will include equipping areas with road infrastructure, lighting, drainage, water and energy networks and connecting the area with the existing system of access roads. A total of 4 ha of investment areas will be prepared. The area is very connected to the existing road network (through DK 27, DK 32); although this is a rural area. The site is close to the urban centres — Zielona Góra, Nowogrowa Bobrzański; the municipality of Świdnica is the sole owner of the land on which the zone will operate. The project foresees a promotional campaign and, according to the analysis of demand (also based on direct meetings with entrepreneurs), locations of one investment in the smart specialisation industry are planned. Przedmiotem projektu jest kompleksowe uzbrojenie strefy inwestycyjnej Gminy Świdnica w miejscowości Letnica.Planowana inwestycja będzie realizowana w formule "zaprojektuj i wybuduj" w oparciu o Programy Funkcjonalno-Użytkowy dla strefy inwestycyjnej w Letnicy. W ramach przeprowadzonej inwestycji nastąpi wyposażenie terenów w infrastrukturę drogową, oświetlenie, odwodnienie, sieci wodno-kanalizacyjne i energetyczne oraz skomunikowanie strefy z istniejącym układem dróg dojazdowych. Łącznie zostanie przygotowana 4 ha terenów inwestycyjnych. Strefa jest bardzo dobrze skomunikowana z istniejącą siecią drogową (poprzez DK 27, DK 32); mimo, że jest to obszar wiejski. Teren leży w pobliżu ośrodków miejskich - Zielona Góra, Nowogród Bobrzański; jedynym właścicielem terenu, na których będzie funkcjonowała strefa jest Gmina Świdnica. W ramach projektu przewiduje się kampanię promocyjną, a zgodnie z przeprowadzaną analizą popytu (również w oparci o bezpośrednie spotkania z przedsiębiorcami), zaplanowano lokalizacje jednej inwestycji z branży inteligentnych specjalizacji.
